Information Act 1982 (OIA): 
 
“Please provide any material titled 'Timeline of coronavirus outbreak and PRC coverup' 
and any material referencing such a document.” 
 
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade does not hold any information relevant to your 
request.  We also have no grounds for believing that the information you have requested is 
either held by, or more closely connected with the functions of, another agency subject to 
the OIA.  We are therefore refusing your request under section 18(g) of the OIA. 
 
You have the right under section 28(3) of the OIA to seek a review of this response by the 
Ombudsman.
