following information: 
 
  I am requesting information regarding the disciplinary hearing of Reginald Korau 
which included Mr Korau accessing a dating web site while supervising students 
at Napier Boys High School  
o  a copy of the dating web site conversations  between Mr Korau and other 
parties if available 
o  the nature of the conversation if it was sexually explicit ? 
o  if there were any other notifications to the school Mr Korau was teaching at 
about concerning behaviour? 
o  If there were any explicit photos shared whilst Mr Korau was supervising 
children 
 
Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). 
 
As the information you have requested is not held by Ministry of Education but is believed to 
be held by Napier Boys High School I have transferred your request in accordance with section 
14(b)(i) of the Act.
