an updated organisation charts for the Immigration New Zealand processing offices. 
 
Our response 
Please find enclosed the most recent organisational charts  for  the visa processing and 
documentation offices of Immigration New Zealand’s Border and Visa Operations branch, marked as 
Appendix A. 
 
Please note that off-shore processing sites remain closed due to Covid-19 until decisions are made to 
re-open. Off-shore seconded managers have been re-deployed to assist the on-shore network until 
they can re-join their off-shore teams.
