Request made under the Official Information Act 1982 
 
Thank you for your email of 24 May 2020 requesting the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
can you please supply all statements for the expense card/s that are held by the northland 
systems manager, from feb 2019 - present day.  
 
Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency’s expense cards provider no longer provides us with individualised 
paper invoices (as supplied to you for your previous request ref: OIA-4780). However, the following 
summary document falls within the scope of your request and is enclosed: 
 
•  Attachment 1. Credit card statement of the Northland Systems Manager for the period  
from 1 February 2019 to 31 May 2020.  
 
Please note that some information has been withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act to protect the 
privacy of natural persons. 
 
With respect to the information that has been withheld, I do not consider there are any other factors 
which would render it desirable, in the public interest, to make the information available. 
 
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision to
