The results of this consultation have been published: 
Assessing the Risks of Hazardous Substances: A high level summary of the assessment process for 
New Zealand’s new hazardous substances - January 2020 February 2020 release: EPA:

I expect personal numbers and emails from citizens submitting in a personal capacity to be redacted, 
but not from persons submitting in a professional capacity. This includes agencies, academics, 
companies, including members and associates of lobbying organisations who lobby on behalf of 
commercial interests.”  
 
Your request has been treated as a request for information under the Official Information Act 1982

Please find attached the documentation requested. It had been our intention to add the submissions 
to the EPA’s website, though other priorities and the difficulties caused by the Covid-19 situation have
