This letter is in response to your Official information Act request received by the Health Promotion 
Agency/Te Hiringa Hauora (HPA) on 20 March 2020 asking if HPA has had any complaints about 
1st Health Limited or their staff following this news story:

doctor  
HPA has never recieved any complaints about 1st Health Limited or their staff, therefore, the 
request is declined under Section 18(e) as the information does not exist.
