I am responding to your official information request sent by email to the Queenstown Airport 
information desk on 16 March 2020.  
 
You have requested: 
 
Please provide me with a copy of the Strategic Alliance Agreement with Auckland International Airport 
Limited (the SAA).  
 
Please find our response set out below: 
 
We have decided to refuse your request for the entire document under section 9(2)(b)(ii) on the basis 
that disclosure would be likely to unreasonably prejudice the commercial position of the parties.   
 
Please note that QAC has already provided information about the agreement in its 2020 Statement of 
Intent.  See page 19 of the document:
