Thank you for your email of 9 March 2020 requesting under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), 
about the Disputes Tribunal. 
 
Due to the need for consultation regarding the information, and the impact of the Government’s level 4 
lockdown, due to COVID-19, on the Ministry’s ability to do so, a response cannot reasonably be made 
within the original time limit, which was today (6 April 2020). Accordingly, I am extending the time limit 
for response to this request by 10 working days under section 15A of the Act and wil  respond to you by 
22 April 2020. 
 
You have the right under section 28(3) of the Act to complain to the Ombudsman about the decision to 
extend the time for responding to your request. The Ombudsman may be contacted by emailing
