I am required to analyse the NZ Police - Civil Defence Emergency Management 
Manual. Please can you provide a copy of this document?

I have attached a copy of the “Civil defence and emergency management” chapter from 
the Police Manual. 
You may find additional information about Police’s responsibilities in an emergency under
