Response to your request for official information
Thank you for your request of 1 May 2020 under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) for:
“Any emails or letters between ADHB senior staff and MoH/NASO staff in response to
this meeting or subsequent reports" and it is my understanding that a report was
produced following this meeting which was tabled at the ADHB Board meeting on the
18th Dec. I think that this report and any subsequent correspondence between the
named parties is within scope of this request and I would ask you to reconsider if your
response is adequate.”
On 28 May 2020, the due date for responding to this request was extended under section 15A
of the Act.
Email correspondence in scope of this request was previously released to you under the Act
(H202002328 refers) and is not being supplied again with this response. One further
document was identified within scope of this request and is itemised in Appendix One of this
letter along with my decision on the release.
