I refer to your official information request received on 9 February 2020 for the following. 
 
‘Please send me a list (in spreadsheet format) detailing all residential subdivisions approved by the 
Council since 1 January 2010.  The list should include the name of the subdivision (ie the name it 
is/was marketed to buyers as), the location of the subdivision (including main existing road access 
and suburb), and the size of the subdivision (by number of sections and in hectares).  The list only 
needs to include larger scale subdivisions of five sections or more.’ 
 
As we responded on 21 February 2020, to release the information as you requested, would incur a 
charge due to the amount of time it would take to prepare this information.  However, as you were 
not amendable to this charge, we have decided to release the raw data which includes boundary 
adjustments, variations and all subdivision requests.   
 
Please note as we stated in our earlier letter that we do not record the name the subdivision as 
marketed to buyers as, nor do we record land area, size in hectares.
