Jeremy MCPHAIL
My principal place of residence is in the Eastern-
Dome Constituency area.
My name is Jeremy McPhail (46 years old).
I am married to Annabelle with three children,
Josie 14, Eden 12 and Nate 8. 
We live in Waikaka Valley where we farm 380
hectares in a Dairy Grazing, sheep and beef operation. We also
run an Agriculture contracting business. 
Standing for:  Water quality is a must and the whole
community, urban and rural, will have to do their bit to achieve
this; Our community needs to understand the social and
economic outcomes from the Water and Land plan; The Water
and Land plan needs to have practical rules that can be
achieved; We need more Good Management Practises rather
than Consent driven Farming; Strong voice around council table. 
It will be crucial to have the right people on the council who
understand the implications and practical sense of the rules that
are to be introduced into the Water and Land plan.
