Electrical Tender - 135 Albert Street, Auckland Central 
I refer to your email, which we received on 25 September 2013, requesting the name of the 
successful electrical tenderer and a summary of the electrical tender package bids. 
The sub-trade tender package for the electrical works in regards to the refurbishment of 135 
Albert Street was awarded to Bishman Electrical Ltd.  
Fletcher Construction, as main contractor, is responsible for running the sub-trade tenders 
for the re-fit of 135 Albert Street.  All sub-trade tenders were conducted by the main 
contractor and therefore they hold the detailed information pertaining to the electrical tender 
bids. 
We therefore refuse your request subject to Section 17(e) of the Act, that the document 
alleged to contain the information requested does not exist or cannot be found. 
Should you believe Auckland Council has not responded appropriately to your request, you 
have the right to seek an investigation and review by way of complaint to the Ombudsmen 
under section 27(3) of the Act.
