Dear Megs
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
This letter is a follow up to our response of 19 September 2019 to your request dated 21 August
2019 under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA), for information relating to phenelzine
sulphate (Nardil) supply.
We have now had time to consider feedback from a third party on the documents proposed for
release. The attached document provides the additional information you were seeking.
We have redacted information from the document either as it is out of scope, or because we
consider this is necessary to protect the privacy of natural persons (section 9(2)(a)). We
considered whether the public interest outweighed the reasons for withholding the information.
In this case we decided that it didn’t.
You have the right under section 28(3) of the OIA to ask an Ombudsman to investigate and
review our decision.
We trust that this information answers your queries. We are making our information more
freely available, so we will now publish selected OIA responses (excluding personal details)
on our website. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about this.
Yours sincerely
