Thank  you  for  your  email  of  16  August  2019  to  Auckland  Transport  requesting  CCTV  footage  of  the 
following incident: 
…Id like to make a request to see the footage of the northern motorway heading north after 
Edmond Rd between the times of 3.30pm and 4.00pm on the 16/08/2019 in order to see if a 
vehicle side swiped my vehicle while driving. 
Pursuant  to  section  12  of  the  Local  Government  Official  Information  and  Meetings  Act  1987,  your 
request was transferred to the NZ Transport Agency on 31 July 2019 and has instead been considered 
under the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). 
A  review  of  CCTV  footage  for  the  location  and  time  specified  was  completed  however,  the  incident 
described has not been identified.  In an effort to provide reasonable assistance, please find attached 
the CCTV footage for your viewing.
