Thank  you  for  your  email  of  16  August  2019  seeking  the  following  information  under  the  Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
1.  Could LGWM or the NZTA please provide a copy of the request for proposal documentation for 
the LGWM contract to produce the Golden Mile business case? 
 

2.  Could LGWM or the NZTA please provide a copy of all supporting documentation to be provided 
to  any  request  for  proposal  responders  for  the  LGWM  contract  to  produce  the  Golden  Mile 
business case? 

 
The information identified as falling within the scope of your request that is not already publicly available 
is attached to this response as Appendices 1 to 4. Certain information has been withheld under section 
9(2)(a) of the Act in order to protect the privacy of individuals. 
 
In relation to the information that has been withheld, I do not believe there are any considerations which 
render it desirable, in the public interest, to make that information available. 
 
One further document that falls within the scope of your request, the draft Programme Business Case 
Report, is available on the Let’s Get Wellington Moving project website. That document can be accessed 
at: www.getwellymoving.co.nz/assets/Documents/Programme-Business-Case/LGWM-PBC-Report-21-
June-2019-Draft.pdf. Accordingly, this part of your request has been refused under section 18(d) of the 
Act as the information requested is already publicly available.
