Thank you for your email of 12 August 2019, asking for the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
1. I would like to request the Draft National Air Ambulance Strategy released December 2004 that
is referenced in this article:

2. I would also like to request the National Air Ambulance Strategy that resulted from this draft
document after the public consultation.
A copy of the 2004 Draft National Air Ambulance Strategy is attached
Please find attached a copy of the
2004 Draft National Air Ambulance Strategy.
We have withheld the names of some people from the document to protect their privacy. This decision
is made under section 9(2)(a) of the Act. In making this decision, we have determined that withholding
this information is not outweighed by the public interest in making it available.
The 2004 Draft Strategy was withdrawn
The 2004 draft strategy was withdrawn during the public consultation phase. As such, there was no final
National Air Ambulance Strategy following the 2004 draft. Given this, we refuse this part of your request
as the information does not exist. This decision is made under section 18(e) of the Act.
