potentially harmful health effects impairing sleep and vision. I therefore appeal you to ensure that those LED lights 
that are being trialled at the moment and those soon to be implemented in the wider Dunedin area do not have

Sorry to say, I can't give an opinion on the new lighting on our street. I am an elderly lady and choose not to go out 
at night. I can't see that this is much help to you but was encouraged by the young man who delivered this paper to 
do so. I wish you luck in your deliberations.
