Request for information 2019-233
I refer to your request for information dated 6 July 2019, which was received by Greater Wellington
Regional Council (GWRC) on 6 July 2019. You have requested the following information:
“Given the information contained in https://www.metlink.org.nz/assets/Uploads/Metlink-
Monthly-performance-report-May-21.pdf and elsewhere, please supply all information that
supports the statements on p6 [incorrectly given as p4 in my original request] of
https://www.metlink.org.nz/assets/Uploads/Presentation-to-Select-Committee-June-2019.pdf
that
a) the Wellington bus service is not suboptimal and
b) overall punctuality and reliability have reached levels on a par with the previous
network.”
I apologise that you were not sent a response to the above questions, which were included in your
original 1 July 2019 request, within the required timeframe set out in the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (the Act). While received, your request was not entered into
our information request database.
I understand that the second part of your orginal 1 July 2019 request (OIA 2019-246) for

has been extended under section 14(1)(a) of the Act and you can expect a reply by 26 August 2019.

performance reports provided to the Sustainable Transport Committee over recent months.
