Time Extension of your Official Information Act request, reference: GOV-000353
Thank you for your email/letter of 25 June 2019, asking for the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
1.
Whether your agency has ever employed ZX Security Ltd, to provide training in social media or
open source intelligence. For the avoidance of doubt, I am not interested in any work done by
them on network security or penetration testing.
2.
If so, all information relating to, or provided by, ZX Security Ltd in relation to the above.
ACC needs extra time
The Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no later than 20 working days after
the day we received your request. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we
are therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our decision, to 13 August 2019.
This extension is necessary because consultations necessary to make a decision on your request are such
that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit. This decision is made
under section 15A of the Act.
