Lake Okareka Station Build
I refer to your official information request dated 4 June 2019 asking for the following information
regarding the project to replace the Lake Okareka Volunteer Rural Fire Force station.

The number of structure fire calls Lake Okeraka has been turned out to as the first
responding brigade for each of the years 2013/14 to 2017/18?

The number of vegetation fire calls Lake Okeraka has been turned out to as the first
responding brigade for each of the years 2013/14 to 2017/18?
3.
The number of MVAs calls Lake Okeraka has been turned out to as the first responding
brigade for each of the years 2013/14 to 2017/18?

The number of HazChem calls Lake Okeraka has been turned out to as the first
responding brigade for each of the years 2013/14 to 2017/18?

The number of De-contaminations the members of the Lake Okareka have undertaken
over the years 2013/14 to 2017/18?
In response to your requests 1-5, the table below shows the incident types attended by Lake
Okareka Volunteer Rural Fire Force as the first responding brigade from 2013-2018, and
decontaminations undertaken by members of the brigade for any response during that
period. Please note that the
enclosed Business Case shows all incidents the Lake Okareka
Volunteer Rural Fire Force has been alerted to from January 2013 to March 2018.
