Thank you for your email of 31 May 2019 requesting the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
can you please provide a copy of all emails, directions, memos etc from the systems manager 
for northland to all NZ herald, northern advocate employees in 2019. 
 
There have  been no communications between the staff member and any NZME (NZ Herald, Northern 
Advocate) employees. I am therefore refusing your request under section 18(e) of the Act because the 
document alleged to contain the information requested does not exist. 
 
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision to refuse
