Thank you for your email of 16 May 2019 requesting the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
…can you please provide an employee flow chart for the Northland, Westland, Southland and
Tauranga NZTA offices in 2015.
I just want the employee description, not their names.
In 2015, the NZ Transport Agency did not have any offices in the Westland or Southland regions. I am
refusing this part of your request under section 18(e) of the Act because the information requested
does not exist.
I am able to provide information regarding offices in Whangarei (Northland) and Tauranga in 2015.
Unfortunately, we do not have the information you have requested in a flow-chart format. However, I
have provided a position title for each position in Whangarei and Tauranga offices, along with the
position title of the Manager for each of these positions.
