Thank you for your request of 23 July 2013 for candidate information for parliamentary MMP elections (1996, 1999, 2002, 2005, 2008, and 2011) and by-elections (1993-2008).
All of the information you require is available from the following website:

To find the party lists for each of the parliamentary elections, go to the election listed, then go into 'statistics' (though this step is not necessary for elections prior to 2002), then go into the allocation of list seats chapter 3 and you will find the party lists of both successful and unsuccessful parties. I have included a link to the party list data for the 2002 election to illustrate:
