Dear Hutt City Council,

For each of the years ending 30 June 20, 21,22, 23, and ytd 24, please provide the number of exit agreements between HCC staff members and the Chief Executive. Exit agreements include Records of Settlement requiring formal MBIE confirmation, Records of Settlement, confidential exit agreements, non-disclosure agreements, confidential settlements and or any other agreements that involved financial or non-financial compensation provided to the staff member.
