I refer to your following request for information, which was refined to include a date on 14 May:
Please advise the total expenditure to AECOM the consulting company (from the US) or their NZ company for the last 10 years. A breakdown would also be appreciated by year and type of work consulted on, or as appropriate.

You will find attached a spreadsheet outlining the total amounts spend on both AECOM NZ Ltd and AECOM Consulting Ltd. Note we have not paid AECOM Consulting since May 2023 but are still receiving invoices from AECOM NZ.

The second part of your request, relating to the type of work consulted on, is refused under LGOIMA s17(f) - the information cannot be found without substantial collation or research. The information provided is a total relating to many invoices over the 10 years. To determine the type of work consulted on would require staff having to manually check each invoice, which would take an excessive amount of time.
If you are able to refine this part of your request, then we may be able to reconsider our decision.
