13 May 2024, regarding Consent numbers.

 

2.   Council received your request on 13 May 2024, as follows:

 

Could you please supply the number of consents issued since the Tonkin and
Taylor report was received that relate to properties that have been
designated in the 1 and 2% AEP Zones, and the date that the report was
received by council and when it started to be taken into account when
considering consent applications. Could you please provide any relevant
communications that helped shaped council policy regarding consents on
affected properties as a result of the T+T report.

 

3.   This is being treated as an Official Information request, and as
such, Council must meet certain criteria in how and when we respond to
you, set out in the Local Government Official Information and Meetings
Act. Your request has been provided to the relevant officers and is under
action.

 

4.   You will be advised of Council’s decision as soon as possible, and no
later than 20 working days from the date we received your request, unless
we have notified you of an extension to that time frame before the maximum
statutory time limit of 11 June 2024.

date we receive your clarification, according to section 13(7) of the
Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
