Request for information 
 
Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 14 February 2024. You 
asked for information regarding 19 Pukerangi Crescent, El erslie, Auckland 1051. 
 
My response to each part of your request can be found below. 
 1.  Has there been any deaths at the property 
This part of your request has been refused under s18(e) of the OIA that  the document 
alleged to contain the information requested does not exist. 
2.  Anyone reported anything regarding the property or the people who have lived in the 
property in the past. 
This part of your request has been refused under s9(2)(a) of the OIA to protect the 
privacy of natural person. 
 
Police considers the interests requiring protection by withholding the information are not 
outweighed by any public interest in release of the information.
