Official information request regarding hotel investments
I refer to your official information request dated 17 March 2022 for the following information:
“Hotels owned by NZ Super Fund Limited Partnership NZ Hotel Holdings: what hotels are owned
(partially or wholly) and/or invested in directly or indirectly, by NZ Superfund? Please provide the
company names and the trading names.”
Our Response
Through New Zealand Hotel Holdings, the NZ Super Fund and its investment partners own physical hotel
assets (i.e. buildings and fitout). Day-to-day trading operations are contracted out to hotel operators.
Below is the trading name of each hotel followed by the entity under which it is held:
