The WorkSafe Board meeting agenda and minutes for December 9, 2024 (Meeting 111) list the following items:
Item 4.3.1 (Appendix): Serene Heater Review Report
The minutes from this meeting state the Board "NOTED and ENDORSED" the recommendations and "endorsed management’s response."
I formally request copies of the following documents:
The "Serene Heater Review Report," referenced as Appendix 4.3.1 for the December 9, 2024 Board meeting.
The "management response" to the review, which was endorsed by the Board at the December 9, 2024 meeting.
Any reports, updates, or papers on the "review into Serene heaters"
