Insufficient proof of purchase - Evidence of fuel purchased was not a tax invoice or receipt
Ineligible Asset  - An asset being claimed is not eligible for a rebate
Out of region/claim period - Purchases that were not subject to Auckland Regional fuel tax, or were purchased outside the claim period the customer was 
claiming.
Reconcilation discrepancies - The amount of fuel entered in the claim couldn't be reconciled with the invoices provided
Insufficient infomation about assets - Assets being claimed on do not have enought information provided to determine if eligible
registration declined - The registration for the customer was declined therefore any claims associated with the registration can not be processed.
Other - Miscellaneous reasons (e.g closing balance from previous claim didn't opening balance for next claim)
Some applications were declined on multiple reasons however only the primary reason reflects in the table above.
