Requesting case file

Hugh Davenport made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police

The request was successful.

From: Hugh Davenport

Dear New Zealand Police,

I would like to request the case number, and case file, and any supporting correspondence and evidence for a report filed by myself in the Wellington Central Police station on the 19th December 2018. I was not given an acknowledgement with the case number.

The incident reported was about a bus that beeped at a cyclist using the road normally and then mounted the curb to get around the cyclist and stop at a bus stop. The incident date was 12th December 2018, at 8:43am. The bus was route 83 northbound, between a double decker 7 (infront) and double decker 32x (behind).

Yours faithfully,

Hugh Davenport
