I would like to request the following information:

When a Review of Decision form is submitted via Connect, how long does it take to be visible to staff employed by the Ministry of Social Development.

Policies, guidlines and training materials regarding how staff should respond to a Review of Decision form.

Policies, guidlines and training materials regarding how a client who has submitted a Review of Decision form should be contacted regarding actions taken from the receipt of the form.

In your first question, you refer to Connect which is a Ministry of Social Development facility available only to students. However, the remainder of your inquiries appear to refer to recipients of Work and Income support. [Private information redacted]

Will you please advise whether your second and third listed inquiries are in regard to student support through StudyLink or Work and Income support, thank you.
