Please provide me with a table of the last 5 years of Hazardous Substance reassessments initiated by the Chief Executive.
As I am comparing the performance of the past CE with the incumbent, please also indicate when the current Chief Executive began.

Dear Dr Fiona Thomson-Carter
Thank you for your lovely letter and providing this information so clearly.
I had not realized that Dr Freeth had been with the EPA for such a long time. Unfortunately this has meant that a 5 year time-frame is insufficient. Therefore can I please request that you provide an updated table of the last 10 years of Hazardous Substance reassessments initiated by the Chief Executive.
Finally, in order to avoid confusion I note that I should have been clearer in my request.
1 - There is a difference between the date an application is formally begun and when it is completed. My intention was to assess the performance of the Chief Executive. Therefore could the year an application is formally initiated be the basis of the table.
2 - As Dr Freeth joined the organization in 2015, could this year be separated into reassessments that were initiated prior to September 2015, and those initiated after September 2015.

I am politely requesting an updated table to that provided in October 2018. I am facsinated to see how things have progressed.
Also, in order to ensure that I can fully assess Dr Freeth's progress, could I ask that the table be ammended to identify the Chief Executive that initiated it (I assume this is recorded).
