Dear Minister of Revenue,

Given that a decision has been made to proceed with the IRD IT Business Transformation process, it is important for the public to know how this will be undertaken and the costs and risks involved. I understand that some information has been redacted while the decision is pending, but now that the project is proceeding I request that this information is made available.

As such, I request that you release the information regarding the approach and risks.
