Can I please have a copy of the rail contract with Veolia/Transdev for Rail Services in the Auckland 
Region.  
 
Please find attached the current rail contract and variations with Veolia/Transdev.  
 
Please note that portions of the contract have been withheld under Section 7(2)(i) of the LGOIMA. Releasing 
this information could prejudice or disadvantage operators that may participate in tender negotiations when 
the current contract expires and AT are required to tender for a new contract.  
 
Portions of the contract have also been withheld under Section 7(2)(b)(ii) as they could unreasonably 
prejudice the commercial position of the person or organisation (Transdev) supplying, or who is the subject 
of the information.
