Partial transfer of request made under the Official Information Act 1982 
Thank you for your email of 20 June 2018 to the Ministry of Transport requesting 
information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) which included the following: 
Responses to the Minister’s letter (released under OIA-3613) by the NZTA board. 
On 2 July 2018, the Ministry of Transport advised you that it was transferring the above part 
of your request to the NZ Transport Agency for reply, as this information is more closely 
connected with the functions of the Transport Agency. 
At this time no response has been provided, and I am therefore refusing this part of your 
request under section 18(e) of the Act on the basis that the information requested does not 
exist. 
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision
