Official information request – Thompson and Clark
I refer to your official information request email dated 26 June 2018 which was in reference
to your previous request of 19 June 2018 for “
all information relating to, or provided by,
Thompson and Clark Private Investigations between the years 2014-2018 held by your
agency”.
On 26 July 2018 we extended our time to make a decision to 10 August 2018 to allow
external consultation on the material relevant to your request to be completed.
As indicated in our initial response dated 26 June 2018, during the timeframe of your
request:
Scion has not engaged Thompson and Clark.
Thompson and Clarke has provided access to its Situation Report bulletins.
These Situation Reports were offered by Thompson and Clark to Scion on a confidential
basis for evaluation purposes.
We have decided to release to you all the information we hold in the requested time period,
as set out in the table below.
