Purpose 
To  obtain  Council  agreement  for  the  disposal  of  a  number  of  Council  owned  or  managed 
properties on the basis of relative low community worth as identified by applying the “Bopat” 
matrix formula as developed and workshopped by Council’s Property team for adoption by 
Council. 
Provide  Council  with  a  list  of  properties  that  have  been  grouped  according  to  the  action 
required for disposal.

its  location.    It  was  noted  that  the  Foxton/Foxton  Beach  properties  identified  had  been 
approved for disposal by the Foxton Community Board.
