information relating to Enlafax.  You asked for information relating to: 
 
•  Who conducted the research that was used to compare Enlafax with other brands. 
•  Where this research was done. 
•  Was  it  research  that  the  company  selling  the  drug  did,  or  was  it  confirmed  by 
independent researchers. 
 
The  information  you  have  requested  is  believed  to  be  more  closely  associated  with  the 
functions  and responsibilities  of the  Ministry  of  Health  of  which  Medsafe  is  a  business  unit. 
Accordingly, I am transferring your request to the Ministry of Health under Section 14(b)(ii) of
