I have caught up with the rest of the Land Domain team regarding the use of the IVS for a
the 
conservation land indicator.  We discussed the issues you raised in detail and acknowledged your
questions were valid and that the reason why we do not propose to use this data to support our
indicator are currently not clear.

We agreed to provide you with a detailed constructive explanation of the decisions that have
been made with respect to the use of the IVS within the domain report.  The team is to compile
this information, however we are in a particularly busy phase of the project so this will take some
time.  We intend to send this reasoning and follow up in person to discuss how best to integrate
this data into the land domain report.
