I've just received a call from the property owner of 82 South Karori Road. He is wanting a discussion of the ownership issues surrounding the
bridge servicing both his property and 80 and 84 South Karori Road.
I understand you are in preliminary stages with Mitchell Bray from Property Group and also WCC to do some works surrounding these bridges and
changing their ownership.
I am happy to call the customer back and advise him that you will be in contact in the next few weeks for these discussions, if that’s how you
want to play it?
