Hi Shane,
The Property Group have been instructed by Wellington Water to formalise private ownership of
a number of bridges built by WCC in the 1990’s when a stream widening project was
undertaken.
If possible I would like to meet next week to discuss the project and our suggested way forward
which will likely include encroachment licenses. How is your schedule looking next week?
Please let me know what other information may be useful before we meet. I am expecting to
have some plans in hand early next from WW which will show the bridges in question.
