Act 1982, " ... all reasonably available costing information for the operations of the 
Companies Office business unit of MBIE for the most recently available financial year ... " and 
" ... total revenue from Companies Office fees broken down by company registration, annual 
filing and all other fees (as a separate group), by year, for the past 3 years". 
The attached table has been prepared in response to your request. Please note that we 
have provided financial information for latest financial year up to 31 May 2017.  Please 
advise if you require the figures for the complete financial year which will be available by 
the end of the month.
