‘Back in November I made a request for the Third Main Business Case & was rejected in January as was before Minister of Transport & the KiwiRail Board.
Has the Business Case now been considered and thus can be released to me?’
This letter is to advise you that the NZ Transport Agency is transferring your request as the information is more closely connected with the functions of KiwiRail. Since the time of your last request, the Transport Agency has handed over the work on the business case to KiwiRail.
Accordingly we are transferring your request under section 14 of the Act.
You will therefore receive further correspondence on your request from KiwiRail.
