This is for my personal analysis which i am collecting for an appeal to be made to Immigration & Protection Tribunal.

Dear Tim Shepherd,

Hello Tim,

Good Afternoon.

I thank you and appreciate your responses in accordance with my request as per DOIA Reference 1617-1217.

As per the email you have advised if I would require any further assistance i can contact you.

I would like to further add as per your response you have advised:

1.A range of salary information resources is being considered by the visa officers before coming to a decision
To be precise you mean to say case officers/Immigration officers DO NOT make decisions on a SINGLE SPECIFIC SALARY RESOURCE is that right?
======================================================================

2.I also wanted to further ask how does the case officers decide that weather the Job duties performed by the applicant is matching to the extent of ANZSCO job role?

I mean for an example one of the job role of ICT Customer Support Officer (313112) is to:
"determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems"

as per ANZSCO website.

How does the case officer decides weather the applicant is doing the role as per the ANZSCO code or not, if the case officer is not having an ICT background (In the above given example)?

Is there any back end (ICT specialized trained team) that INZ has to advise case officers/visa officers, that the specific job role is a basic role or requires specific ICT knowledge?

Or does the Case officers decide by themselves regardless of them not having the knowledge about that specific job role and is only dependent on the answers given by the employer to the case officer?
=======================================================================

3.Can the employment offer from an employer which was previously considered as skilled employment by INZ for considerable number of years can be changed to an unskilled employment even though job roles,salary structure and even the Immigration NZ rules or policy have not been changed, if yes than why please?

Can you please advise how does that defines the integrity of decisions made by Immigration New Zealand in the past, current and future?

Integrity:-
"the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles."

or
"the state of being whole and undivided"
Please note:The Immigration NZ had declared the Job offer from that Specific employment as a Skilled Employment till 20th April 2017 and hence the Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visas had been approved till 20th April 2017.
=======================================================================

4.Are these the two most essential requirements for an applicant to be granted Employer Assisted-POST STUDY WORK VISA (2 years) after completing his/her qualification in NZ?

A)Does the employment offer should precisely match the level of education applicant has received from NZQA?
B)Immigration New Zealand should be satisfied that the main reason for the employment being offered to the applicant was his qualification in NZ?
=======================================================================

I really appreciate your time and efforts for assisting me with my queries.
I hope to hear from your end soon.

Yours sincerely,

Anchal Marwah

Does that mean the immigrant employees of IINET on resident visas are not subject to the usual minimum wage requirements?
