RE: Info regarding mosquito device
Hi
We think this is a worthwhile investment.  Our thoughts are that we should have it for the whole network and move it
around if we need to.  I was wondering if we could get it a discount price? The Police might be able to help us there.
Thanks

FW: Info regarding mosquito device
Hi
This is the device that was trialled at Papanui for a time last year to discourage young adults from congregating around the
foyer/front entrance of the library with the ensuring bad behaviour, smoking etc.  During the trial period the usual problems of bad
behaviour and congregation of youth outside  pretty much disappeared.
Whilst there is now a security guard there from mid-day the problem still persists, albeit at a reduced level.
I realise money is tight but I might add it to our "wishlist"  for consideration at a later date. What do you think?
Thanks,
