OFFICIAL INFORMATION ACT REQUEST
Thank you for your request dated 30 July 2012 under the Official Information Act 1982
(OIA) for information relating to PHARMAC’s submission on the Law Commission review
of the OIA. You asked for copies of:
PHARMAC’s submission to the Law Commissions on the review;
all drafts, advice and internal communications (including emails) regarding
PHARMAC’s submission.
Your request for PHARMAC’s submission is refused in accordance with section 18(d) of
the OIA because the information is publicly available. The Law Commission has
published all the submissions it received, including PHARMAC’s submission, on its
website (see link below):

Your request for all drafts, advice and internal communications (including emails)
regarding PHARMAC’s submission is refused in accordance with section 18(f) of the

Ombudsman, to seek an investigation and review of our decision.
