It has come to my attention that children aged 14-18 years are being served 
four slices of white bread and two portions of margarine for the entirety of 
their lunch at Dunedin Hospital. Please provide details of: 

-  Who (and what role) is responsible for approving menus (specifically 
 
including this meal offering) as being fit for these patients? 
-  What specific nutritional/medical advice and/or advisors are being relied 
upon for the decision to serve this as being nutritionally adequate? 
-  How frequently this meal is being served.
