Thank  you  for  contacting  Auckland  Transport  on  30  June  2016  requesting  CCTV  footage  for  the 
Viaduct car park pedestrian exit to Sturdee Street on 29 June 2016 at around 8:00am. 
Unfortunately,  Auckland Transport does not have any cameras in that area.  Your request is therefore 
refused under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA as the footage you are requesting does not exist. 
We trust  the  above  information  has addressed  the  matters raised  however,  should  you believe  that 
we have not  responded  appropriately to your request,  you  have the right in accordance with section 
27(3)  of the  LGOIMA  to make a complaint  to the Office of the Ombudsman to  seek an investigation 
and review in regard to this matter.
